Similar to the workshops, our one-hour presentations are based on Barry Oshry’s seminal studies of organizational life. These sessions examine the typical patterns people fall into. One examines the difficulties of creating teamwork at the top while the other studies the pressures and demands of the middle positions of an organization. Both offer key insight into organizational success.
